General Terms & Conditions

  1. Project fees delineated in the compensation schedule are for copy or design only.
  2. Most assignments are handled entirely by mail, e-mail and phone. Any copy or artwork
    Star Harbor Design produces is based upon material provided by the client, such as product, service, company, personality and market audience information.
  3. In-house meetings, consultations and outside research, normally extra charges, are
    billed at the prevailing hourly rate of $120.00 per hour.
  4. Services beyond those agreed to in the purchase order are billed to the client in
    accordance with our current rate chart. Payment terms on all invoices for work performed
    is Net 10 Days. Star Harbor Design does not debit customers for telephone, photocopying or postage costs.
  5. A purchase order or Letter of Authorization is required before any Star Harbor Design
    project will begin.
  6. A 25 - 50% retainer (based upon each project's total cost) is payable in advance of any
    Star Harbor Design service. The remainder of the fee is due upon receipt of copy and/or artwork.
  7. Star Harbor Design makes free revisions provided they are assigned within 30 days of receipt of copy or artwork, and not the result of assignment changes made after copy or artwork is submitted.
  8. Star Harbor Design reserves the right to reject projects deemed improper.
  9. Star Harbor Design's minimum project fee is $500.00.
